I am an experienced certified elementary education teacher with my Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Instruction. I was a former basic skills teacher, and am currently a classroom teacher. All students learn and retain knowledge differently. Differentiated instruction is essential to maximize student learning and growth. When working with students, instruction is tailored to meet the needs of each and every learner (both in the content taught and reinforced and in the process by which it is learned).
