I am a native Spanish and Portuguese speaker, my father is Ecuadorian and my mother is Brazilian. I live in the United States - where I was born - since 1997. I have taught Spanish and Portuguese since I was sixteen years old, my mother owns a Languages School in Brazil (Planet Idiomas - Blumenau, SC) and she taught me how to teach languages. I have acquired extensive experience as a translator over the years working for several firms and companies - under contract and free lance, for example, I translated the EbscoHost Web Page into Spanish. I have also worked as interpreter in many occasions, for example, I served as interpreter for Eduardo Araujo (a famous Brazilian musician) when he came to shoot the video of his Portuguese version of a song by the Bellamy Brothers. Me and my wife Ana Paula - also a languages and elementary school teacher, live and work in Arlington and look forward to working with you.
