Finding a Tutor
It is definitety a time to feel vulnerable. You need help in learning, and your not sure if the person you have found is qualified. Finding a tutor is not just as easy is paying someone to teach you what you need to know. Remember that tutors have their limits too. You have to find out what you want to learn and if your tutor is able to meet your needs.
Make sure that your and your tutor get along and understand each other. If you have any learning disabilities, make sure you mention them up front. Your tutor may not know how to help your situation.
Remember that your not just hiring a tutor to help you learn, your forming a partnership that will help you both.
